With the heavy snow and freezing winds of winter in full swing, most people would think that a night out at a rooftop restaurant is out of the picture. However, you’re not like most people. You’re like us here at Levels, and want to think outside the box when exploring Chicago!
Follow us to Aba, the perfect indoor rooftop restaurant that takes you out of the cold and gives you a top-notch city experience!

Meet Aba, a Mediterranean restaurant in the West Loop, just a five-minute walk from the Green Line Morgan stop. After taking a private elevator up to the building’s 3rd floor, you enter into a warm space with plants and vines wrapping all across the ceiling surrounding a large skylight. The natural light, complimenting the orange glow of the hanging lanterns, makes Aba the perfect place to elevate your Instagram!
Aba serves mezze-style dishes, a Mediterannean dining style composing of various small plates that stimulate your appetite. You can pair their Green Falafel with Spicy Hummus or Whipped Feta Spread with a Dark Chocolate Babka. Their extensive menu provides delicious options for vegan and gluten-free customers. Each plate costs between $8 and $12, so Levels recommends purchasing two plates to maximize your dining experience while not breaking the bank.
